IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International and Canadian Orders.

 

DOES LADORE HAIR OFFER AN EXCHANGE POLICY?

 We try our best to show all our colors as accurately as possible on our website. We understand that picking the right color may not be easy when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened Ladore Hair Extension set for a set of the right color within (7) days from the day you receive your package. Please note that all exchanges must be equal or greater in value to the returned item.

MAY I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

You may exchange your Ladore Hair Extensions order ONLY if the hair is unopened and not taken out of it’s sealed packaging. Due to hygienic and safety reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, from it’s sealed bag.

WHY ARE LADORE HAIR EXTENSIONS NON-EXCHANGEABLE IF OPENED?

Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY HAIR EXTENSIONS TO THE RIGHT COLOR?

You must contact us first at (info@ladorehair.com) with the subject “Exchange” prior to shipping the package. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All Ladore Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued. All exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. We will then provide you with our return address which is located in California where the exchanged item will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange. Opened merchandise will not be exchanged.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE?

You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number to info@ladorehair.com. We are not responsible for any lost returns.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?

We will send out your package with the color of your choice as soon as we confirm and inspect that the returned package was not opened, used or tampered.

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE PERIOD?

You will have (7) days from the date that you receive your Ladore Hair Extensions to exchange your hair to the color of your choice.

MAY I EXCHANGE LADORE HAIR EXTENSIONS WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU OR GETTING AN RMA?

No. You must contact us via email prior to sending your exchange. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your exchange. Please note that exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied.

DOES LADORE HAIR OFFER A RETURN POLICY?

You may only Exchange your unopened Ladore Hair Extensions with a different color with the same value or higher. We DO NOT accept any returns.
